The Neuro-Inclusion Implementation Package is a done-with-you consultancy and training programme designed to help organisations move beyond awareness and begin creating meaningful support for neurodivergent employees.
Whilst many organisations now have policies and have invested in awareness training, there is often still a significant gap between understanding neurodiversity and knowing how to support neurodivergent people effectively in practice. This package exists to bridge that gap.
Rather than delivering generic training and hoping for the best, we start by understanding your organisation, your people, and the challenges you’re currently facing. We explore how neuroinclusion is currently being implemented, where the barriers sit, and what support managers and employees actually need. We then use those insights to build bespoke training that reflects your organisational reality, giving managers practical tools, confidence and clear next steps they can immediately apply within their teams.
What makes this different is that the support doesn’t stop when the training ends.
Every organisation receives access to our NeuroInclusion Resource Bank, containing conversation guides, adjustment templates, practical frameworks and assistive technology resources designed to support implementation long after the live session has finished.
The result is a practical, sustainable approach to neuroinclusion that helps managers support people more effectively, helps neurodivergent employees thrive, and enables organisations to realise the productivity, wellbeing and retention benefits that come from getting this right.
Most organisations already have policies. Many have already delivered awareness training. This programme focuses on the missing piece: helping managers understand what to actually do when a real employee needs support.
No generic training. No off-the-shelf solutions. We starts by understanding your people, your challenges, your roles and your workplace so that every recommendation is relevant and practical.
Our approach is grounded in applied neuroscience and behaviour psychology, but always translated into practical workplace actions that managers can confidently use.
Knowing that ADHD affects task initiation is one thing. Knowing how to have a supportive conversation, identify barriers and implement meaningful adjustments is something entirely different. Steph helps managers build the confidence to take action.
Every organisation receives access to the NeuroInclusion Resource Bank, providing scripts, templates, adjustment guides and practical tools that make implementation easier long after the live training session has finished.
The adjustments that help a neurodivergent A&E nurse are very different from those that help a finance analyst or office-based manager. We help organisations move beyond one-size-fits-all thinking and develop support that reflects individual needs and workplace realities.
